I went there prior to this last visit on 10-28-25 for a Battery problem or so I thought, turn out to be the cable wire on the Negative cable. They said they just reconnected and all was good. Well I started having the same problem vehicle wouldn't start, sometimes it did So I brought it back in, they said it was the said it was the same thing, but this time I asked to replace both cables and hopefully I won't have this problem. I bought the vehicle in on Wednesday the 13th it stayed there till Monday the 18th said they had problems getting the left cable for the wire to be connected properly, do they ended up crimping the Wire and attaching it to the new (L) cable, it took them 4 day to do this job. I had to call about this , when would my vehicle, they never called me, and like yesterday,I had to call them,they said there still working on and it was 4:45 when I called them, they then told me there still working on it but are trying to get it out this evening, again I had to make the call, then I wanted to speak to the technician, but he went home at 5:15. Had a pesky little problem caused by repair made by a lub shop. Electric Lab did an excellent job finding it and making the proper repair. Since my car is 14 years old and never been in a repair status I had then do a thorough inspection and was given a report of their findings with visual reporting. The repairs I authorized were done to my satisfaction at a reasonable price. Being in the repair business my whole life I found them to be thorough, honest and forthright in doing business. I recommend Electric Lab.

The services provided by the team were exceptional. John made sure to keep in touch even during scheduling to call and notify me when earlier appointments were available. He listened to my concerns and was very informative about all my services that need to be completed in the future. Hadi, who was my shuttle driver was extremely kind and made me feel safe during our drive. Hayden was at the front desk and checked me out and the process was quick and they also printed out the detailed report with pictures which was great. The price is a little high, but for what you get it’s worth it. They also even cleaned my vehicle for me before sending the pictures of the car.

I brought my Chrysler 300c in for an electrical issue after taking it to several other shops that couldn’t figure out the problem. Even though Electric Laboratories’ diagnostic fee is higher than some other places (around $400), it was absolutely worth it. Other shops gave me cheaper quotes, but none of them were able to properly diagnose or fix the issue. From the start, the team was transparent and kept me informed every step of the way. Kyle deem was especially helpful, making sure I stayed updated throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. They were able to locate the exact problem and fix it correctly, and the turnaround time was quick about 4 days. After dealing with multiple shops and getting nowhere, it was a huge relief to finally have the issue resolved by people who clearly know what they’re doing. If you’re dealing with electrical problems, I wouldn’t recommend going the cheap route. I tried that already and it just wasted time and money. Electric Laboratories does honest, quality work, and they stand behind what they do. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

This was my first visit to Electric Laboratories and I was impressed in every way. The facilities are immaculate which indicated to me that they would take good care of my car. The personnel were knowledgeable and friendly and went out of their way to see that my needs were met in a timely fashion. This kind of service is rare. Thank you for the excellent experience!
